The fact is, many FQHC professionals have nowhere to go to get support and assistance with the challenges they face at work.
It can be hard to find someone who understands your role enough to be able to help. Unfortunately, there is also potential embarrassment or judgement in admitting to colleagues – or, heaven forbid, your boss - that you don’t have all the answers.
