HRSA Progressive Action Conditions Library - HRSA’s Health Center Program oversight responsibilities include ensuring that awardees and look-alikes are compliant with Health Center Program requirements. When HRSA determines that a health center is not demonstrating compliance with the Health Center Program requirements, a condition(s) is placed on its Notice of Award or Look-alike Designation. HRSA oversees these conditions in accordance with its Progressive Action policy. The library provides guidance on the specific action(s) required to facilitate lifting of updated conditions as quickly as possible.
