Welcome to Merces FQHC Human Resources Research Program for 2019! This year the first quarter research activities include the sixth edition of our “CEO Compensation in Federally Qualified Health Centers” survey and a new national “FQHC Staffing and Turnover” survey based on our research in several states in 2018. Part of Merces’ comprehensive FQHC research program, these studies provide crucial information to help you ensure your health center is operating at peak efficiency.
We invite you to contribute to these research efforts and help us achieve our goal of helping you. The surveys can be completed in the Excel files below (see bottom of post) and returned securely through the links provided in the questionnaires.
The deadline on both surveys has been extended to April 30. All participants receive complimentary summaries of the survey results and can purchase the full reports at a significant discount.
